We worked with Kingdom Construction, Black River Design and Kohler and Lewis Engineering on this technical center in Hardwick, VT. It uses classic Pratt style timber trusses, douglas fir wood, and steel gusset plates. The timber frame engineering was done by our in-house structural engineer. The timber is native FSC certified hemlock.
